The installation is a cylindrical volume, 4.5 meters in diameter and 12 meters high, made by Velko-2000 with STFacade Technology, standing at the center of the Cortile d’Onore. Actually, the work should not be seen as a true tower, but as a tower prototype, a work that functions as a starting point for thinking about the nature of architecture and the role of the dominant features of the man-made landscape.

The cylindrical tower takes on the guise of a media building composed of the assembly of 336 LED panels in sequence that operate as an interactive canvas for architectural graphics. The images broadcast include drawings by the architects Sergei Tchoban and Sergey Kuznetsov.

The installation allows visitors to design other towers, using tablets and styluses placed in the four corners of the courtyard. The structure is thus transformed from an abstract cylinder into a collective drawing workshop, promoting a sort of shared creativity, without borders.
