Via delle Terme di Traiano 13 – Rome – from 13 December 2018 to 3 January 2019

The Office of Cultural Relations and Education of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Rome hosts Egypt – Changing Landscape – Genealogy.

The exhibition narrates contemporary Egypt through architecture and photography. At Ain Sokhna on the Red Sea, construction is underway for Il Monte Galala, a city and its mosque designed by GianlucaPeluffo&Partners, Italian architects who through their buildings reveal mysteriously related genealogies between Europe and Africa.

With Changing Landscape Barbara Rossi has conducted photographic research for two years on the transformations of the landscape on the shores of the Red Sea.

Hours: 10.00-16.00 Monday-Thursday / 10.00-14.00 Friday / closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
