Three years ago, Rossana Orlandi and the Spanish artist Nacho Carbonell signed the first exclusive agreement for the Evolution collection.  Nacho Carbonell, one of the most interesting talents to emerge from the Design Academy di Eindhoven when Li Edelkoort was the director of the school, thus becomes a leading artist for Galleria Rossana Orlandi. Since then the collaboration has grown thanks to limited editions, one-offs and participation in international fairs like Art Basel Design Miami, Art Basel Miami beachand Just Madduring Arco in Madrid, as well as the solo show Diversityat Palazzo Gianfranco Ferré in Milan in 2010. The present exhibition retraces these three years together and represents a unique opportunity to see, for the first time in Italy, the pieces of the Playground Closes at Duskcollection, the monumental series of outdoor pieces presented at Design Miami Basel and Bush of Iron, the manifesto of the Diversity collection from 2010. For the occasion, Nacho Carbonell has also made a series of sketches, sculptures and models, reflecting the most experimental phases of his work.
