20 cooking shows to discover all the secrets of Italian cuisine. Faber, the company that invented the exhaust hood back in 1955, opens a special cooking school at the Art Design Box, right at the gates of Expo 2015 in Rho, at Via Achille Grandi 50.

The partner in the project is Scavolini, a leader in this sector since 1984. From typical dishes to wellness foods, sweets to street food, a series of appointments not to be missed, to enjoy the true taste of Made in Italy.

Twenty encounters, from July to October, to explore all the themes of Italian food. The chefs will get the audience involved, illustrating dishes for the holidays, for special occasions, or the perfect foods for kids. The events happen at the Art Design Box, the space of over 600 m2 on art and industrial design, open to the public for cooking shows, exhibitions, showrooms, presentations and fashion shows.

The cooking shows will happen in the Motus kitchen by Scavolini, designed by Vittore Niolu, which investigates and perfectly interprets the social role of the contemporary kitchen: no longer just a place for food, but a multitasking space, an intimate gathering place for the family, and a space devoted to socializing.

Motus will be equipped with a system of appliances including a range, an oven, a sink and a mixer faucet from the line Franke by Bruno Barbieri: products for professional performance, the result of the know-how of the world leader in the production of high-end sinks and appliances.

The location will be enhanced by the Arkea Limited Edition hood launched to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Faber, with special silver leaf color. Arkea is the first hood-chandelier of the F-light line, with color therapy lighting: thanks to innovative RGB LED spots, users can select their favorite color or alternate a wide range of hues in a loop, giving the best-loved space in the home an absolutely unique atmosphere.
