Gibus pergolas for the outdoor zone of the first international gastronomy hub

In the center of Milan, near Piazza della Scala and the fashion district, in a city that conserves, innovates, produces and invents, there is a new destination, unique on the international scene: Identità Golose Milano.

At Via Romagnosi 3, which for half a century contained Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, Identità Golose is the result of the vision and experience of its founders, Paolo Marchi and Claudio Ceroni.

Its spaces include the Glicine Room, a tasting area for about 50 guests sheltered by a splendid old wisteria, as a natural extension of the restaurant area facing the luminous open courtyard. This is the site of the Gibus Stanza del Sole created with the installation of four Med Twist bioclimatic pergolas. The Glisse sliding glass doors complete the project with a tribute to the typical Milanese internal gardens, shielding diners from the wind and the cold.
