A residential project that completely revises a rationalist building from the 1950s, paying close attention to environmental impact

Near the elegant Piazza Solferino in the heart of Turin, Gruppo Building announces the residential project Domus Lascaris.

A rationalist building from the 1950s will be completely refurbished, with a new interpretation of modernism for the 21st century.

The work on the exterior and the interior design will be done by Boffa, Petrone & Partners, the studio helmed by the architect Luca Petrone, focusing on the environmental impact of the new building which will have lower consumption and a high level of energy certification.

The skeleton of the building remains the same, while the outer surface will be equipped with sunscreen windows and reflecting glass.

There will be 11 apartments, with sizes ranging from 127 to 247 m2, plus two penthouses of 423 and 531 m2.

The building will contain an art gallery open to the public, while its inhabitants will enjoy a large wellness area with a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness room.

The carefully selected materials include large slabs of Carrara marble and fine woods like oak, elm, iroko and doussie.

Home automation systems will guarantee comfort and functional management of lighting scenarios in every room, even at a distance.

L’inizio del cantiere di Domus Lascaris è previsto per inizio 2019; la consegna degli appartamenti entro il 2020.
