“The first semester this year also showed good results, and we want to share this with all the people who have contributed to this success with their work. If the company is doing well, it is all a matter of teamwork,” says Giampietro Nardi, after 26 years at the helm of Nardi, a responsibility he shares with his wife Maria Grazia Mecenero and their daughters Anna and Floriana.

At the close of the first part of the year, on 29 July the firm reported excellent results, setting aside a bonus of 130,000 euros for its employees (1000 euros each).

The bonuses cover costs of education and training for family members, health care costs, but also travel, fitness clubs, etc.

Nardi is a company that designs and produces high-quality outdoor design furniture, for different contexts and styles, created for wellbeing and relaxation, 100% Made in Italy. From January to June 2016 the firm had income of over 26 million euros (+10.2% over the same period in 2015).

Today the company has 120 employees. The three main production sites have been joined by a fourth facility opened in June 2016 and designed with the latest innovations in terms of physical plant, technologies and environmental impact.
