With enviable freshness, the iconic Nathalie textile bed designed by Vico Magistretti for Flou reaches its 40th birthday.

The book was presented in Milan at the Natevo-Flou showroom, with the participation of the curator Ruben Modigliani and Fondazione Magistretti.

The volume Nathalie/40 retraces the history of this famous textile bed: a voyage through the evolution of taste and lifestyle, from 1978 to the present, and the bond that enabled Rosario Messina and Vico Magistretti to create a milestone of a typology, renewing the culture of sleep and marking a turning point in the history of contemporary decor.

A fitting conclusion for a year that began at the Salone del Mobile with the debut of the Nathalie Limited Edition, a series of 299 pieces (accurate replicas of one of the versions from 1978), and the short film Il fiocco perfetto, a poetic narrative of a family history through fragments of life, emotions, traditions and teachings.

Until 31 December the intense program of events continues all over Italy, where clients can visit the monobrand showrooms and dealers displaying the Nathalie Limited Edition, distributing the book Nathalie/40 and showing the film Il fiocco perfetto.
