A palace in Venice and a villa on Lago Maggiore. Different eras, designers and histories, with interiors furnished with items by Molteni&C and Dada

The project of design and art of Molteni&C continues.

A story of family, heritage and care, of passion for beauty and quality: a history of culture that has renewed itself since 1934.

From the Heritage Collection – one-offs and special projects by Gio Ponti, Werner Blaser, Yasuhiko Itoh, Afra & Tobia Scarpa, reissued in numbered editions – to the project The Collector’s House – the selection of contemporary artworks in dialogue with the design of Molteni&C and Dada, the company now presents The Art of Living.

Two Italian-style houses – a palace in Venice and a home on Lago Maggiore – with different epochs, designers and histories, but sharing sophisticated interiors furnished with classics from the Heritage collection, in dialogue with contemporary creations from the Molteni&C and Dada collections.

The conservative restoration conducted in 1963 by Carlo Scarpa on the historic 16th-century palace of Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice is a combination of antique and modern.

The same harmony is found in the spaces of Villa Carminati, the residence designed in 1938-39 by Romeo Moretti in Parco del Ticino, near Lago Maggiore.
