In December 2017 theGrand Hôtel-Dieu will reopen its doors, courtyards and gardens to local residents and tourists. Inside this emblematic monument of the city of Lyon, located in the heart of the Presqu’ile, there will be shops, offices, apartments and a hotel.

An ambitious and brilliant reinterpretation of a building with a strong, unique identity, which will become the main engine of urban, economic and social attraction for the metropolis of Lyon.

The Grand Hotel-Dieu, day by day, will host a new art of living, becoming a forerunner of urban trends, for the birth of new contemporary lifestyles.

The conversion project of this former hospital is by Eiffage Immobilier and is designed by architects Albert Constantin and Didier Repellin, with the support of the City of Lyon.

The Grand Hôtel-Dieu will be the setting for a new shopping experience and will become part of the coolest environmentally friendly, versatile places in the city. The new stores will be organized along a path around four universes, which will come alive in the heart of the domes, courtyards and historic gardens.
