403030 Healthy Kitchen

Data Pubblicazione: 19 October 2017

The ambitious and innovative project by Mariella Radici takes form from the concept of balance in the widest sense of the term. A pursuit of equilibrium that lies at the base of a harmonious state of needs and motivations for any individual.

Hence the intuition of creating a brand, 403030 Lifestyle, presenting it to the world with the 403030 Healthy Kitchen bistro concept, offering carefully studied and well-balanced menus conceived for the wellbeing of the body, the mind and the senses.

A place for those who want to pamper themselves; cuisine for all, always open, to enjoy in a space in a historic building on Via Fiori Chiari in the heart of the Brera district in Milan, or at home thanks to the delivery service.

The aesthetic interpretation of the vision of Mariella Radici has been provided by the Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola, in a space conceived to be welcoming and functional: essential forms, rigorous materials, sober colors, but combined with a contemporary language in tune with the vision of the new bistro.

Sustainable regeneration

Data Pubblicazione: 19 October 2017

Intelligent design and apt choices of materials to regenerate urban areas threatened by decay: this is the philosophy behind the Case di Luce project, which in Bisceglie, Apulia has made a substantial contribution to the recovery of a semi-suburban district of the city, creating Europe’s largest building in hemp and lime.

The project by PS Architetture implemented by Pedone Working of Bisceglie (BT) is based on an integrated approach that brings out the bioclimate characteristics of the site, while applying construction techniques from the Mediterranean tradition.

To combine security with thermal insulation, the choice went to the Dierre security doors of the Synergy Out line, which thanks to a patented PVC frame with a steel core set records for insulation, with trasmittance 7 times lower than traditional frames: Uf 1.1 W/m2 K as opposed to 7.
