At the new Miscusi, designed by Gruppo C14, pasta is still the protagonist.

Two metal signs indicate the spaces set aside for the kitchen and the workshop.

The walnut counter has a marble top. The lighting system is built into a pattern of tubing on the ceiling, set into the warm tones of salvaged exposed brick and the intense green hue of the walls.

The floors alternate different materials, including resin with metal inserts and blanched oak to evoke the tradition of pasta workshops.

A large table in natural walnut, a water station with a marble sink, green shelving and painstaking attention to detail are some of the other ingredients of this new venue.
