Seven study grants are available for the 2nd edition of the advanced training course of POLI.design-Consortium of the Milan Polytechnic in HoReCa Design – Hotel Restaurant Cafe – inventing, designing and furnishing innovative entertainment venues. The 218-hour course with finalproject work and an educational tour in the most important venues of Milan takes place at POLI.design – Milan Polytechnic (Campus Bovisa) from 23 September to 31 October. Selected designers pay only the registration fee of € 1000 + IVA. www.horecadesign.itSeven grants are also offered for the 8th edition of the advanced training course of POLI.design-Consortium of the Milan Polytechnic in Food Experience Design– inventing, designing and furnishing innovative food retailing facilities. The 172-hour course with final project work and an educational tour of the most important food retailers in Milan is held at POLI.design –Milan Polytechnic (Campus Bovisa) from 23 September to 23 October. Selected designers pay only the registration fee of € 500 + IVA. www.foodexperiencedesign.it. The teachers of both courses are professors of the Milan Polytechnic and specialized designers who address themes of design, decor, lighting, color, use of materials, evolution of consumption and marketing. Participants receive a certificate from POLI.design – Consortium of the Milan Polytechnic.
