La Trentina, the company that produces and markets apples, in collaboration with DesignHub and Poli.Design, invites young creative talents to reflect on the relationship between food and design. Participants can propose a project capable of interpreting our different ways of conceiving and expressing the culture of food in different traditions, lifestyles and countries, through experiences of everyday life. The projects will be judged by a special jury – composed of Venanzio Arquilla, professor at the School of Design of the Milan Polytechnic, and coordinator of DesignHub; Gilda Bojardi, editor of Interni; Andrea Cattabriga, co-founder of Slowd; Valentina Croci, freelance journalist; Matteo Ingaramo, director of the POLIdesign consortium; Stefano Maffei, professor at the School of Design of the Milan Polytechnic; Lorenza Negri, marketing & communications, La Trentina; Barbara Parini, architect and professor at the School of Design of the Milan Polytechnic; Simone Pilati, general director of La Trentina – which will select the winners who will take part in the exhibition.
