The year 2018 marks an important point of arrival and departure for Altrove Festival. The event now reaches its fifth year along a path of growth that has made it a reference point for the world of street art and urban regeneration.
Altrove 5 takes stock of five years of work on the festival, putting the accent on advanced artistic experimentation and reflections on new ways of experiencing, living in and rethinking the contemporary city. The headquarters of the festival will once again be the historical center of Catanzaro, which since the first edition in 2014 has hosted exhibitions and cultural events never before seen in the city.
This fifth edition calls for a residency for ten artists from all over Europe; a historic group show at Museo Marca; and the production of a new work of contemporary public art.
