The monobrand showroom of the Venetian design firm, in the Östermalm district, has been designed by the studio Lievore Altherr Molina, with whom Arper has collaborated with great success for the creation of historic collections, such as Catifa and Leaf, and the recent reworking of the firm’s corporate identity. The interior design focuses on the creation of a luminous space, a theatrical stage for the products on display, making the whole collection highly visible and accessible. The dominant white tones of the backdrop are interrupted by the chromatic range of the leathers and fabrics, but also by the vivid photographic images of Maurice Scheltens, creator and conceptual interpreter of the new Arper visual identity. The Stockholm showroom is another concrete step in a strategy of international expansion – after openings in New York, Milan and Cologne, and prior to the upcoming new facility in Londona – to offer direct sales support and efficient services, including consulting for architects and designers.
