The works designed by the great architect Jean Nouvel are the protagonists of the exhibition Jean Nouvel, mes meubles d’architecte – sens et essence. The evocative itinerary includes over 100 pieces by the master architect: furniture and lamps that establish a dialogue with the permanent collections of the museum, generating unusual situations.
The exhibits include the Objective and Equilibrist lamps, with their essential, clean forms, based on the long collaboration between Jean Nouvel and Artemide. Intelligent, poetic light, capable of triggering emotions and wonder.
The impact of the exhibition is enhanced by special products made for the occasion by Artemide, to create the perfect atmosphere for each of the spaces.
The relationship between Artemide and Jean Nouvel has led to important lighting projects for works of architecture, including the Louvre of Abu Dhabi and Château La Dominique.
