Umeå, about 600 km to the north of Stockholm and 400 km south of the Arctic Circle, is the largest city in northern Sweden and one of the most rapidly growing places in Europe. The creative submissions should examine the characteristics of northern Sweden and the eight seasons of Sami culture.
