INSIDE BookCity 2022

INTERNI also participates this year in BookCity Milan, and does so with an event aimed at bringing active stimuli regarding the revitalization of new scenes of the urban landscape.

Matteo Vercelloni, who will moderate the meeting, summarizes the food for thought from which the entire study will begin: "In the exhibition action extended to the whole city, the FuoriSalone occupies every possible space; from usual locations to traditional places such as museums and art galleries for the occasion undressed from the usual collections to accommodate installations and objects, experimental furnishings largely self-produced, to environments' found '(workshops, warehouses, disused factories), in monumental places well known in the tourist circuits that' occupied 'by temporary installations become' atypical ', offering to the wider public that generally attends them (school groups, tourists, students, passers-by ) the unusual presence of expressions of the contemporary project. [...]

Perhaps this is precisely the most interesting component of the FuoriSalone, regardless of the specific content of the different displays: proposing a cultural-spectacular consumption of an installation and of experimental expressions linked to each artifact, anyone, in a completely spontaneous way, in the spaces of the city transformed into 'hybrid' and seductive places, into the stages of a collective play with many faces".

Speakers Marco Boffi - researcher of Social Psychology, Department of Cultural and Environmental Heritage, University of Milan, Maria Cristina Finucci - Architect and Artist and Elena Salmistraro, designer.
