Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza launches the 2022 call to support the communication of cultural projects throughout Italy. The mission? Promote virtuous realities that do not have the resources to make themselves known

How important communication is - today - for companies is a well-known and well-established fact, we have dealt with the subject several times and from different points of view right here, on the Interni website (read here). But communication is important - fundamental - also for cultural realities that emphasize the specificities of the territory in an active and concrete, cultured and sustainable way. Otherwise they risk not being known to most people, or in any case underestimated.

For this Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza launches the 2022 call to support the communication of cultural projects throughout Italy.

The mission? Spread and tell the world about talent - all Italian - devoted to beauty as an identity value, supporting already existing virtuous realities which often however do not have the economic resources to make yourself known.

After selecting the 4 winners of the 2021 call, the foundation realized how many others, among the 70 participating projects, were valid and (therefore) deserving of support. He thus launched an informal call to some communication agencies who immediately joined and 'adopted' pro bono some of these, supporting them in the development of communication, press office or branding strategies.

Furthermore for the edition 2022 the network 'in support of beauty to tell the Italian identity' expands further, with further realities in the world of communication, as well as with companies that have wanted to offer some ad hoc prizes.

How to participate in the call, by January 15, 2022

The call is open. All projects consistent with the approach and mission of the Italy Patria della Bellezza Foundation can apply until January 15, 2022. The complete announcement with the regulation and all the details is available on the website of the Foundation, in the Calls section. The winners will be announced on 10 March 2022.

What is the Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza and what it does

With support program from 'inclusive approach to cultural and territorial projects born 'from below' throughout Italy, Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza offers concrete and strategic support to 4 all year, chosen from those that stand out for their ability to enhance the territories, proposing a new key to reading and using the material and intangible heritage of the country.

The financing of communication activities to enhance the competitive value of the territories

The support of Fondazione Italia Patria della Bellezza is dedicated in particular to the financing of activities relating to communication, promotion and branding, with the objective to make existing virtuous realities grow and fill the void related to the diffusion aspect (and therefore perception) of cultural projects in Italy, thus instilling awareness of the competitive value and the strategic role at national level of the territories scattered throughout the country.

Projects already awarded and supported

The Lazzaretti Veneziani project in the Venetian lagoon, a symbol of beauty less known to the general public enhanced by an active community, was awarded in the 2020 as a virtuous example of conservation and promotion of a special environment, both from a naturalistic and historical point of view.

The winners for the 2021 call were MUDIS - Museo diffuso Santadi (Sardinia), Gypsotheca and Museo Antonio Canova (Veneto) which each received a prize of 30,000 euros with which to finance specific communication activities, while the Borghi Sibillini (Marche) and Mus-e (in all Italia) have been awarded the pro bono implementation of the branding and communication activity.

Communication agencies that have 'adopted' pro bono some of the virtuous projects 

Various realities responded to the call, accepted the proposal and enthusiastically joined the challenge, each selecting one or more projects to follow pro bono.

To date, the projects adopted by the communication agencies are: Firenze Greenway, chosen by Studiolabo; Corsini Botanical Garden and Blast, followed by Studio Tiss; Monte Bibele Archaeological Park - Archeology of the Rite, adopted by Nascent; the Diffused Museum of the Five Senses of Sciacca and Festival NU, adopted by Strategic Footprints; The Fishmongers of Giulio Romano, supported by Idea; Undecided Spaces - In Loco. Widespread Museum of Abandonment, followed by Encanto PR.

These agencies, which immediately worked to support the projects, are joined by other important companies in the world of communication for the 2022 call such as TBWA , M & amp; C Saatchi , Craftede The Branding Letters.

The network expands with new partnerships and special prizes

The 2022 edition of the call also sees the presence of new partners and promoters who contribute to increasing support for projects and thanks to which they are new special awards were created, such as the Gruppo Montenegro - Human Spirit award and the Luxottica Digital Award; also confirmed the IGPDecaux Award and the media partnership with Lonely Planet.
