Copper calls on the world of design, once again doing so from Italy, with the 4th edition of the international competition organized by the Italian Copper Institute(IIR) in collaboration with the European Copper Institute(ECI). Young designers and students from many countries will come to grips with the design of furnishing objects in copper and its alloys, experimenting with new aesthetic and functional applications of this versatile material. The prize is organized by IIR to find an innovative, unconventional way to communicate the great expressive potential of copper. It is divided into two categories: professional designers and architects, and students at superior schools of graphics, decorating, design and architecture, including doctoral and masters programs. The participants must be under 40 years of age. www.iir.it.
