At King’s Cross, the 2016 edition of Designjunction (with the theme Immersed Design) is part of the London Design Festival.

The event has moved to King’s Cross, one of the districts of greatest appeal and historical depth in the English capital. A former industrial area that is being transformed into one of the liveliest cultural zones of the city, through a revitalization project that calls for the construction of new residential buildings, new streets, new public parks and squares. It will also soon be the home of many leading fashion and design brands.

Designjunction is a platform of design development as project and product, with the aim of creating a network of relations between large international brands, clients and users.

The flagship show that gathers over 200 brands presenting their new developments to designers, dealers and the international press, is organized at Granary Square (projects and installations), Cubitt (two pavilions at Cubitt Square on lighting and furnishings), The Crossing (registration point) and The Canopy (a temporary pop-up venue for fashion accessories, technology and textiles).
