The headquarters of the world leader in the production of kitchen exhaust hoods, also a European reference point in the field of electric motors, has been named the best large company in which to work in Italy for the second year in a row. This honor confirming the positive effects of the group’s human resource management policies has been assigned by the Great Place to Work Institute, the international organism that evaluates working environments, in a survey of over one hundred companies and over 30,000 persons. This first place in the national rankings of Great Places to Work was obtained thanks to questionnaires filled out by employees. For Elica it represents a very important assessment of the initiatives of the company to make the working environment as good as possible, also considering the present international economic and financial situation.
