31 May 2018 – Teatro Arsenale, Milan – Milanese architects, in dialogue with Niva, create works in metal

On the evening of Thursday 31 May, the spaces of Teatro Arsenale in Milan host Ferramenta, an exhibition project curated by Stefano Grandi and organized by the Padua-based company Niva, featuring the creativity of 13 important Milanese architecture studios to transform material in carpentry that combines the latest technology with the traditional approach of Italian craftsmen.

Participants include Marco Donati (Storagemilano), Marijana Radovic and Marco Bonelli (M2 Atelier), Angelo Micheli (aMdl), Aldo Parisotto and Massimo Formenton (Parisotto + Formenton), Park Associati, Lorenzo Palmeri, Claudio Saverino (Vudafieri Saverino Partners), Pier Solieri (Archea).

The architects worked in complete freedom, with the sole parameter of imagining works that would involve the skills and technical know-how of the artisans of Niva, experimenting with the possibilities of shaped metals.
