The second edition of the Festival del Paesaggio, curated by Arianna Rosica and Gianluca Riccio, commemorates the centennial of the arrival in Capri of Fortunato Depero, who went through an intense period of creativity in Capri during the summer of 1917.
Until October, the program includes artist residencies and workshops for students, and a fine calendar of exhibitions, including site-specific installations.
1917-2017 Depero/Mendini is the tribute the architect and designer Alessandro Mendini has prepared in honor of the period spent in Capri by the great Futurist artist.

The group show Anatomy of the Landscape at Chiostro di San Nicola interprets, through the theme of the swimming pool, the landscape as a physical and mental location, constantly balanced between an artificial dimension and a natural condition.

This year the protagonists of Open are the Turin-based group Nucleo. Open produces site-specific works inserted in the landscape of Capri, created by artists-in-residence in the context of Travelogue, a project of workshops with students from the schools of Capri.
