MART, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trent and Rovereto, presents an exhibition by Beppe Finession industrial and experimental design around the theme of nutrition. In recent years design – which always registers and often foresees aesthetic and cultural, but also socio-economic and anthropological trends – has focused intensely on food, demonstrating creativity, curiosity and great innovative verve. The creations of the many food designers at work today can be seen in the exhibition “Progetto Cibo. La forma del gusto”. Featuring works by designers and architects like Enrico Azzimonti, Bompas&Parr, Stephan Bureaux, Achille Castiglioni, Lorenzo Damiani, Florence Doleac, FormaFantasma, Giorgetto Giugiaro, Martí Guixé, Giulio Iacchetti, Enzo Mari, Alessandro Mendini, Katja Grujters, Konstantin Grcic, Gaetano Pesce, Diego Ramos, Mario Trimarchi, Marije Vogelzang, Marcel Wanders, and internationally renowned chefs like Gualtiero Marchesi, Bruno Barbieri, Massimo Bottura, Antonio Cannavacciuolo, Carlo Cracco, Daniel Facen, Davide Oldani,  Davide Scabin. The exhibition itinerary, through theme areas, starts with a tribute to the booklet Good Design published by Bruno Munarififty years ago, where he interpreted the products of nature, like the orange, as if they were design objects, ironically pointing out their “functional and performance” characteristics. www.mart.trento.it.
