At the 47th edition of the National Fair of the White Truffle of Acqualagna the usual cooking contest for exceptional personalities is back. The idea comes from the collaboration with Massimo Berloni of Dondup, and in the two previous editions it included representatives of the worlds of fashion and design. This year the format is updated, with new guests and surprises. For the first time at the fair, in the Salotto da Gustare, visitors can see Design showcooking by GCasa, with the participation of the Mondadori magazine directed by Gilda Bojardi. The competitors will be Giovanni Clementoni, CEO of the brand Clementoni, in a duo with Luca Guzzini, president of Teuco Guzzini, against the team of internationally acclaimed designers Stefano Giovannoni and Carlo Colombo. For the preparation of the dishes, each duo will be accompanied by a famous chef from Acqualagna, Nico Giacomel (La Ginestra restaurant) and Alberto Melagrana (Antico Furlo restaurant). As an exclusive for the audience at the fair, two special recipes, interpreted in different but complementary ways – one by those who produce, the other by those who design – as a tribute to creativity, but above all to a symbol of excellence Made in Italy: the White Truffle of Acqualagna.
