Until 7 March, at Foscarini Spazio Brera, via Fiori Chiari 28, visitors can see Algae, a work by Stefano Arienti made with a humble material, namely colored plastic bags, discarded and recycled. A very striking installation that transforms the bags into an impalpable, enveloping set, using a cutting system that transforms “an animal skin into a net, as seen in an Egyptian relic from thousands of years ago, or like the industrial transformation today of sheet metal into drawn screens,” the artist explains. Arienti’s work confirms the nature of Foscarini Spazio Brera, a place that reflects the spirit of the brand, organized to establish a dialogue with the city, to narrate stories, transmit emotions and stimulate creativity.
