Wannabe Gallery presents a duo show of photography by Matteo Cirenei and Paolo Nobile. Claudio Monnini, the curator, says “The ways of shooting and printing ofNobile and Cirenei reflect rigorous, selective discipline, a method that takes patience, waiting for the right moment. […] We are looking at shots enlivened by ‘dynamic actions,’ the contemplation of material in apparent static rigor, that ‘moves’ inside the frame not because it is in motion, but because it has tension. Therefore these images speak the language of the dynamics of form, and of the consequences this tension generates on the structures of thought.”
