Titan Arm, an exoskeletal robotic arm that runs on batteries to instantly boost muscular force has won the 2013 edition of the international design competition, the James Dyson Award.The project is by a team of four mechanical engineering students from the University of Pennsylvania (US). Elizabeth Beattie, Nick McGill, Nick Parrotta and Niko Vladimirovworked for eight months to create the Titan Arm.
