Ghirardi Marmi has given form to the large stele by Mimmo Paladino that rises on the base that once was used for the controversial “Bigio” of Arturo Dazzi.
Including the base, the work has a height of 6 meters and represents an imposing stylized male figure. The sculpture is in Spanish Nero Marquina marble with a polished finish.
The work has been created for the multi-year project Brixia Contemporary of Fondazione Brescia Musei and the City of Brescia, whose protagonist in 2017 is the internationally acclaimed artist Mimmo Paladino.
