Lexus launches the second edition of the international design competition for young designers from different sectors: from architecture to product design to fashion. An initiative created to support and promote the talent of young designers from all over the world. ‘How to Apply Curiosity’is the theme of Lexus Design Award 2014. From the participants, 12 finalists will be selected by a jury composed of 6 experts: Paola Antonelli, Aric Chen,Toyo Ito Architetto, Alice Rawsthorn, Birgit Lohmann and Tokuo Fukuichi. 2 of the 12 finalists will have the chance to work side by side with Robin Hunicke and Arthur Huangas mentors, to supervise the development of the projects submitted by the winners. The names of the 12 finalists will be announced in the early months of 2014.
