MoMu Antwerp presents, for the first time, the collections of Hermès from 1997 to 2003, the years in which Martin Margiela, also known as the ‘seventh’ of the Antwerp Six, was the art director of the Parisian maison.
Starting with his vision of fashion, made of deconstruction, recycling, transformation and reinterpretation, Margiela: the Hermès Years sets out to explore the relationship between the collections of the French fashion house and those of Margiela’s own brand.
