The Mondadori Food Experience arrives this year at the Milano Food&Wine Festival, from 8 to 10 February at MiCo (Milano Congressi – Gate 15 – via Gattamelata, 5). Three days of showcooking for adults and children, guided tastings and cooking courses open to visitors in the usual formula that calls for performances by great chefs, accompanied on stage by the director of Sale&Pepe Laura Maragliano, in an intense calendar of events and initiatives, to learn the techniques and secrets of fine cuisine and to sample refined delicacies. During the three days all visitors can test their skills, taking advantage of practical lessons conducted by master chefs from the Sale&Pepe cooking school.
