Locate Triulzi – Via Milano, 5 – from 17 May to 10 June

Scalo Milano, the outlet just fifteen minutes from the center of Milan, presents the exhibition My Dream Home, based on collaboration between the photographers Elisabetta Illy and Stefano Guindani.

Six stacked freight containers create a vertical sculpture of great visual impact, in the Piazza delle Fontane, to contain photographs that narrate the reality of children in Haiti today.

My Dream Home is a project through which Guindani and Illy grant visibility to the Haitian youngsters who live in the slum of Cité Soleil, thanks to a photographic survey organized together with Fondazione Francesca Rava N.P.H. Italia Onlus.

The exhibition is housed in an installation designed by the architect Piero Lissoni/Lissoni Associati, in collaboration with Dmeco Engineering Living division, featuring containers in the same intense hues as the houses in Haiti.

The images can be purchased, and all the proceeds go to Fondazione Francesca Rava NPH Italia Onlus for the construction of housing in in Haiti, as part of the Fors Lakay project.

The show is free of charge at Scalo Milano from 17 May to 10 June, Monday-Thursday 10.00-20.00 Friday-Sunday 10.00-23.00.
