The new pearl of the COMO group, created in collaboration with internationally renowned architects, it will open with a soft opening from September

The latest addition to its global hotel portfolio and the group's first home country property, COMO Metropolitan Singapore will open its doors (with a progressive soft opening) in September.

The project – 156 rooms with spectacular views over the city – was created in collaboration with internationally renowned architects: with Paola Navone of Studio Otto, Koichiro Ikebuchi strong>, Japanese interior design consultant of Atelier Ikebuchi, with the American-Thai interior designer Preeti Sriratana of Modellus Novus and with the Norwegian digital artist Thomas Hilland.

The new COMO Metropolitan Singapore, located in Bideford Road within COMO Orchard, the brand's brand new 19-storey building, once again embodies the COMO group's vision that brings together hospitality, fashion, wellness and cuisine in a single place.

11 floors of luxury accommodation, a rooftop bar with swimming pool for guests, plus floors for restaurants, a spa and fashion shops: the result is an inspiring place, conceived for travellers, innovators and creatives with a passion for life .

The Group's wellness brand, COMO Shambhala, has been a leader in the field of wellness in the hospitality sector, and has been present for over 25 years in 16 COMO properties around the world. The new SPA designed by COMO Shambhala, inside the COMO Orchard, is a space of over 800 square meters, dedicated to holistic well-being.

It offers luxury treatments and proposes various activities such as yoga, pilates, gyrotonic, gym, functional fitness and nutrition. Courses, workshops, one-day wellness packages and multi-day Wellness Paths allow guests to find the most suitable proposal, or to choose a personalized one.

COMO Orchard will host three restaurants within the building.

An international debut is restaurateur Simon Kim's beloved COTE-starred Korean steakhouse in New York and Miami, which complements steak dishes with signature cocktails and an impressive selection of wines.

COMO Cuisine will serve all-day classic dishes with Singaporean specialties, as well as healthy dishes from the acclaimed COMO Shambhala Cuisine. Also making his Asian debut is internationally renowned French pastry chef Cédric Grolet, who will serve his extraordinary creations in his first-floor patisserie.

With two floors dedicated to fashion retail curated by the multi-brand boutique Club 21, visitors will find dynamic, seasonal collections and pop-up partnerships. Personal shoppers will be available to help guide purchases: hotel guests will see them delivered to their cloakroom.

The different luxury lifestyle experiences come together perfectly in the building design and COMO service. The result is a global novelty: an inspiring meeting place suitable for everyone, from morning to late evening, for customers who are passionate about the COMO vision and what modern luxury can really mean.
