The Italian team, which recently completed a project to expand the storage capacity of an existing building for Iron Mountain, a long-time customer of Lysander, and has been commissioned by Scannell International to provide specialized support in the project management of a new logistics center in 250,000 square meters in Ancona, will be led by Stuart Ray.

An experienced project manager with over 26 years of design and construction experience across Europe, Ray previously held executive positions at both Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the ISG and Mace group, developing excellent technical and commercial knowledge of the local market.

The opening of the Italian office is part of a broader European expansion strategy, with offices now also open in Germany, France, Spain and the Netherlands in order to meet the growing demand for consultancy in the industrial, logistics and commercial sectors. The new openings coincide with the celebration of the company's 21st year of activity.
