Until 17 June
An intense and evocative island. At Pantelleria uncontaminated nature reigns amidst black volcanic rocks; the landscape is silent, set into a deep blue sea.
Attorno ai dammusi, dall’architettura ancestrale contornata da muri a secco, si coltivano capperi, uva zibibbo e ulivi.
The exhibition Pantelleria: Il Rumore del Silenzio, curated by Dario Pace and Anna Ferrara, forms an itinerary of over 60 photographs in color and black and white. Using printing techniques borrowed from the world of art, the works transmit the emotions, colors, aromas and silences of the island.
The creators of the works, besides the curators themselves, are Anna Huerta, Grazia Cucci, Guido Santini and Adrian Hamilton.
