The studio Franzina+Partners Architettura has won the European Property Awards 2012 in the category Architecture Single Residencewith the project BGF House. The International Property Awards recognize the highest levels of achievement of companies operating in all the fields of the real estate sector in Europe, with the goal of rewarding excellence and promoting an international standard. The winning project, the BGF House, is now under construction in Padua, and is the result of an innovative contemporary design combined with principles of energy efficiency and industrialization.
