ISAD– Istituto Superiore di Architettura e Design – organizes a professional workshop open to all people with design abilities. The 3-hour sessions are held at ISAD in the evening, plus one full day of research. The program also includes guided visits to construction sites using raw earth in Piedmont. At the end of the course, an optional visit will be organized, two days in Austria, with Martin Rauch. The goal of the workshop is to transmit knowledge of the material and the mechanical and physical performance of different construction techniques, then designing a project for a module of 32 m2, to develop in keeping with the rules of today’s construction systems.
