The Studio Franzina + Partners Architettura is a finalist of the MIPIM Awardin the category Best Future Project, in the context of the world’s most important Real Estate show, together with Ateliers Jean Nouvel, MDW Architecturand the studio DTACC. One of the projects of Studio Franzina is Air Floating, a concept for villas and suites based on the desire to combine two factors: the ideal settlement model (the single-family house) and the scarcity of territory (a finite resource).
