Roche Bobois collaborates for the first time with an icon of contemporary architecture. The collection created by Jean Nouvel – for an official launch in January 2017 – is featured in a world premiere in the exhibition Jean Nouvel, mes meubles d’architecte. Sens et essence, for which Roche Bobois is the sponsor, at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs of Paris.
The collection contains three pieces of furniture and several carpets: the Li-Da table conceived as a purification of a round table; the Lou column, an abstract totem that reveals its storage potential only thanks to rotation; the chaise longue Too-Cool, a ‘flying carpet’; and the rugs with diagonal stitching.
