Founded in 2012 by the photographer Alice Rosatiand the designer Tommaso Foggini, SansSouci is a versatile publishing project in the field of the arts, produced in exclusive limited editions. Published once yearly, SansSouci offers the best of the contemporary art scene. This innovative non-profit project has a single objective: to create something beautiful, promoting creativity and interaction between different cultural spheres. The first issue contains about 50 internationally acclaimed artists, including Philippe Parreno, Martin Parr, Barnaba Fornasetti, Tala Madani and Peter Buggenhout. The result is a large handmade art book, with 100 individual numbered prints, made with different techniques. The prints are contained in a paper box, which in turn is enclosed in a methacrylate cover made by the Italian artist Jacopo Foggini. SanSouci is an intentionally visual project. This unique art project will be distributed in selected international museums – including Arts Décoratives de Paris, Palais de Tokyo, MoMA, MOCA. www.sanssoucimagazine.com.
