Eight study grants, for 3000 euros each, are available for architects and designers, to take the advanced training course of POLI.design, the Consortium of the Milan Polytechnic, in Restaurant Design – Design for innovation in restaurants and pizzerias. This is the first course on the invention, design and furnishing of restaurants, where spaces tend to be transformed into multifunctional design settings.The 1st edition of the course, of 140 hours, with final project work and an educational tour of the most interesting venues in Milan, takes place from 4 to 27 March at POLI.design – Milan Polytechnic (Campus Bovisa). The teachers include professionals specializing in the field, as well as professors of the Milan Polytechnic, focusing on themes of design, decor, lighting, the use of color and materials, marketing and the evolution of trends.
