In September, the return of the international festival on the art of glass

Venice, Mestre and Murano,

from 9 to 16 September 2018

The international festival of the art of glassmaking is back with over 180 different initiatives, including exhibitions, guided tours, conferences, workshops, performances and educational activities.

There are over 150 participants, for a total of over 180 events in Venice, Mestre and Murano, for the second edition of the festival created as a tribute to the artistic and productive resource that makes the city famous all over the world: glass.

The City of Venice, Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia, Fondazione Cini/Le Stanze di Vetro, Istituto Veneto and Consorzio Promovetro Murano organize the program, involving the leading institutions of the city.
