For one weekend, Superstudio 13 will be open to the public to commemorate, with the protagonists of the past and the creative talents of the new generations, 30 years of the rise of Italian taste and fashion in the world. An itinerary through the photography studios to narrate ‘the way we were’ and ‘what we are’ through videos and installations. From the outset, Superstudio has been the place of signature fashion photography, the first and most famous complex of photographic studios and image services, a favorite meeting place of photographers, writers, art directors, fashion designers and other creative professionals. The large complex on Via Forcella, created in 1983 by the journalist-publishers Flavio Lucchini and Gisella Borioliinitially in partnership with the versatile photographer Fabrizio Ferri (who then opened Industria/Superstudio in New York), has become an iconic place, making a fundamental contribution to the growth of the image, while identifying a neighborhood full of potential, helping it to become a pole of fashion and creativity in general.
