Residential projects wear Missoni

This is how Missoni promotes a lifestyle that can be summarized, in short, in a single value: the excellence of living. The leader, who inaugurated the new dimension of the Italian house, was Miami Baia in 2016, followed then from Dubai Urban Oasis, Marbella Marea, interiors by Missoni, and – to name the most recent – Sao Paulo in Brazil, with the new real estate complex under construction in the Itaim Bibi area.

All projects of the highest positioning, capable of expressing a relaxed and enjoyable well-being always in harmony with the urban and naturalistic context in which they are immersed ( many buildings are located facing the ocean, as in the case of the very first Miami Baia).

With fabrics and furnishings in the unmistakable Missoni style characterized by the House's iconic flamed, striped or wave motifs, the projects are handled in all their declinations by the creative direction of Alberto Caliri, former creative director of MissoniHome Collection, who under the supervision of Rosita Missoni becomes the ambassador of a recognizable signature in every interior design choice: from accessories to coverings, following first person each project.

Where it all began. Missoni Baia, Miami

It was the first project to inaugurate Missoni's activity in the real estate sector. A project in which the interior design, but also that of the common spaces and amenities of the building, contextualizes and creatively declines the colors and patterns that distinguish the brand such as the Missoni Home furniture collection .

It is a luxury resort made up of only three residences per floor, elevator and private hall. At Miami Baia residents have access to a series of comforts with the unmistakable Missoni signature: the complex includes a solarium terrace with well-furnished gazebos, five swimming pools including one Olympic-sized, other smaller ones with hot and cold water, and an infinity on the Bayfront Terrace; then there are raised tennis courts, a large fitness center and a spa overlooking the bay.

Missoni and Gafisa, the excellent partnership takes shape in Sao Paulo

For the most recent of the projects, Missoni announced in September 2023 the new collaboration with Gafisa, a well-known international real estate development company. This is a new real estate complex conceived as a work of art and located in Itaim Bibi, in the heart of the financial district of Sao Paulo .

The building is characterized by large spaces with double-height ceilings both in the living rooms and in the spacious wooden terraces, which contribute to creating a sophisticated design and sculptural architecture.

In particular, the superimposed terraces on various levels give rise to a concentration of greenery that covers the entire façade with an original decoration by Missoni, representing a perspective of physical and mental.

In fact, the project aims to create a relationship based on respect between the structure and the city, where the ground floor integrates perfectly with the surrounding environment.

The double collaboration with Dar Al Arkan: from Dubai to Marbella

On the dual Middle Eastern and Mediterranean fronts, Missoni collaborated with the well-known Dar Al Arkan - the main development company in Saudi Arabia - with which it created the Urban Oasis project in Dubai and the most recent Marea, interiors by Missoni a few kilometers from Marbella.

The first is a prestigious building located in the heart of the Downtown area of Dubai, directly on the Dubai Canal: here, Missoni and Dar Al Arkan have created splendid penthouses and apartments with multiple or single bedrooms of different sizes, all accessible by private lift and furnished with Missoni style finishes, decorations and furnishings.

An exclusive mood, completed by the evocative panorama of the Dubai Water Canal as a backdrop, like an urban oasis within the city: the fact that the building houses structures and luxury services such as a swimming pool, a play area for children, a parking, an equipped gym and a concierge and security service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In Marbella, however, the project was announced in June 2023 and promises to be breathtaking: it is in fact a real estate complex called Marea, interiors by Missoni extending over 18,500 square metres overlooking the Mediterranean and equipped with 270 degree panoramic views.

Curated by Alberto Caliri with the supervision of Rosita Missoni, the residential project blends modern and traditional elements using natural materials such as marble and stone to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, flooded of light.

To complete the proposal, of course, premium security services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a pool ofcomplementary areas to the homes to enjoy the building at every time of day: a state-of-the-art gym, an infinity pool, a tennis court and play areas dedicated to children are planned.
