The special edition of the Miya blown glass coffee tables designed by Elena Salmistraro for Cappellini is launched on Artemest

Thanks to a creative synergy, the visionary Giulio Cappellini celebrates high Italian craftsmanship by launching a special collection of Miya tables signed by eclectic Elena Salmistraro for Cappellini on Artemest, the leading online Italian design marketplace.

The series in limited edition is composed of four coffee tables sculptors in blown glass characterized by an extra glass top light. To make special Miya, the meticulous hand-engraved decoration that tells the poetic spirit of the designer, capable of creating iridescent combinations - and magical - where light pierces and ignites pure transparency.

The roots and the structure

The Venetian roots of the designer shine through in the choice of blown glass and in the reinterpretation of a traditional technique to create a piece of contemporary design. Each coffee table has a interlocking structure made up of three individual parts that complement each other.
