A co-design project involving two leading companies in their field. A journey through iconic and best-selling motifs selected from the most significant in history with an approach to home decor

"The wallpaper collection for LondonArt complements and extends our lifestyle project," explain Dean & Dan Caten, the Canadian twins who chose Italy 27 years ago to launch their brand. "Dsquared2 is not only fashion but also an experience and in this case we have brought our world closer to that of interior design with some prints that are representative for us and for our brand."

A co-design project

Dsquared2 for LondonArt is a co-design project involving two leading companies in their field. The starting point is a free dialogue between fashion and design, with great attention to the brand's DNA. A journey through iconic and best-selling motifs selected from the most significant in Dsquared2's history with an approach to home decor that favors a classic taste built on symmetry and clean forms.

Patterns for every need

From this vision comes a collection in which each pattern is designed to identify a defining aspect of the brand: from Canadian Forest, to the iconic D2 Jack (the red and black check pattern), to Camouflage denim, another trademark of the cufflinks. From fashion to design, graphic and pop elements return as protagonists in the Vandalized Granny's Flowers print, where the flower base is dirtied with lettering and messages, while Ceresio 7 takes us back to the environments of Milan and Mykonos.

Decorations, patterns, weaves

A kaleidoscope of decors, motifs, weaves, sensations and visions that meet different styles, tastes and needs: each pattern makes itself recognizable to coexist with the others. The result includes casual yet elegant upholstery, with their mix of decors between check, monogram, animalier, graffiti and references to Canada and Ceresio 7 in a fusion of past and present.

An original and welcoming home

"Today, more than ever, we understand the importance of the home and the desire to build it in an original and welcoming way by opening it to new settings and horizons. The first wallpaper collection tells about our world and our passions, further developing our lifestyle vision started with the Ceresio 7 project," conclude the Caten twins.
