The modern metropolitan district of Hyde Park near Amsterdam redefines sustainable living. The German company is a premium partner for all bathroom furnishings in the more than 3,800 apartments and studios

The first condominium will be completed by 2022. Over 3,800 apartments and studios built on a 100,000 square meter plot of a former office park: the exclusive district of Hyde Park, which takes its name from London's city park, is emerging to compensate for the housing shortage around Amsterdam, with the aim of creating a lively and central metropolitan area where you can live, meet friends and enjoy the surrounding greenery.

A few kilometers from the Dutch capital, in the town of Hoofddorp, the architecture and urban planning studio MVRDV, in collaboration with other partners (MVSA, Team V, Barcode, Studioninedots), is building this modern, sustainable, car-free metropolitan area.

Each of the six residential blocks has been designed individually and offers a wide variety of apartment types and sizes. The furnishing of luxury apartments, from the bathroom to the kitchen to furniture and accessories, can be selected by customers from the offer of a range of partner brands already at the time of purchase in the dedicated showroom. The owners are supported and assisted during the design by specialized consultants who take care of the entire construction up to the furnishing of the apartment.

As a premium partner for all bathroom furnishings, Duravit is on site with its own showroom, where the Cape Cod, Happy D.2 Plus, DuraSquare/XSquare, L-Cube, Luv and Viu/XViu series are presented realistically in a familiar environment.

The offer covers the entire concept, because Hyde Park lacks nothing: in addition to a shopping center with restaurants and grocery stores, a weekly market and bakery, assistance facilities and schools, doctors, sports facilities, cinema and theater, residents will also enjoy a concierge service.

The location guarantees easy connections to public transport: just 20 minutes by train from the capital Amsterdam; in addition, the proximity to Schiphol airport and the coast are further strengths of this residential complex projected into the future.
